CA Foundation Application Form - Procedure to Fill

Hey Friends!! Searching for the CA Foundation Application form? This may be your first time to register yourself with ICAI for any examination. CA Foundation is an entrance test in the Chartered Accountancy curriculum and students can fill CA Foundation application form after qualifying 12th Standard from a recognized board.

After registration, one has to undergo 4 months of the study period before appearing in Foundation Examinations. Simply registration to the course does not mean that you can sit in the exam. Here you have to fill an application form then submit it to the ICAI along with prescribed fees.

1. Click on the link given below to land directly on the ICAI official portal from where you can fill the application form.

2. Registered Users can log in their account by submitting their Registration Number as User id and password. However, those who are not registered with the ICAI need to get them register first.

3. After logging into your account, click on the “Apply Now” button to fill your application form for Nov 2018.

4. Now, you have to fill the credentials asked in the form and also need to upload your photograph and signature.

5. After filling the credentials, click on the preview button to verify the details. ICAI has strictly said that carefully fill your Application form. Therefore, you still have a chance to verify any mistake.

6. After verification, click on the submit button for final submission.

7. After Final Submission of the CA Foundation Application form, payment window will appear on your screen.

8. Now, you have to make the payment of prescribed CA Foundation exam fees. Fee details have been given below.

9. Payment can be done through Debit Card/Credit Card/Rupay Card/Net Banking. Once you made the payment successfully, your application form is deemed to be submitted.

10. Take a print out of your form for the future reference.

In Case Photograph or Signature not Appearing -

In case you found your photograph and signature is not appearing on the Application Form then you are required to follow the below mention steps -

1. If your photograph is not appearing on the application form then you need to affix your two latest photographs from which one must be attested and another one is non-attested.

2. However, if your signature is not appearing on the Application form then sign at the required place and also get them countersigned by your parents/guardian.

3. Now, you need to get the Application form attested by a Chartered Accountant or a Gazetted Officer or a Principal of a School/College.
4. Now, put that form in an envelop and send it to the below mention address -
